I had a lot of trouble with the front office at this dentist. When my invoice arrived in the mail, it was much higher than represented at the time of service. I asked them to honor what they had told me originally, but they denied my recollection of events and claimed I had agreed to the higher amount--hogwash. I paid them the money to keep them from sending collectors after me, but I'll never go back. In this economy, the last thing you need from a dentist is billing shenanigans.

Their office manager is without a doubt one of the rudest people I have ever come into contact with. She actually hung up on me when I told her I was displeased with something. I had to call back only to be hung up on again. I will be writing to Dr. Morton personally.

Dr Morton & his staff are always friendly & right on time. I very much appreciate this as my time is valuable too.
