Good: Lower Fees. Bad: Impersonal Service. Improvements: Being friendlier, listening to customers, being helpful. Other: NOT AN EASY BANK TO GET ALONG WITH. I joined Valley View about a year ago after having been with one of the big name banks for ten years or more. I thought it might be a bank that was less impersonal. Wrong. If anything its moreso. they make their own contrary rules to live by, most of which I was not told when I joined or I would not have done so. FOR EXAMPLE, in order to change the password on your debit card you are forced to go in to the MAIN BRANCH which is no where near convenient for me. Most banks l.

If you're looking for a small, friendly bank without many perks, Valley View is a good bank to visit. This bank only offers a handful of branches, but it does offer a complete array of basic services. The staff is generally friendly and you won't feel lost in the crowd like you can with bigger banks.
